Riongo, Kenya (Aug. 11, 2006) U.S. Marine Staff Sgt. Jesse Peters helps a local Pokot tribe boy to open a portion of a military food ration (MRE) given to him by a U.S. service member. The U.S. Marine 6th Engineering Support Battalion worked (EBS) together with Kenyan Army Construction Engineers to build a water tower capable of holding 50 cubic meters of water and a school building addition from cement blocks. The 6th EBS is participating in Natural Fire as their period of Reserve Annual Training. Natural Fire is the largest combined exercise between Eastern African community nations and the United States.
