U.S. Marines 1st Lt. Victor Resillas and Lance Cpl. Austin Schey, both civil affairs Marines with Combined Joint Civil Military Operation Task Force, III Marine Expeditionary Force, meet with school officials to talk about plans for reconstructing and adding additional classrooms at the Manham Soong school, in preparation for Exercise Cobra Gold 2013 (CG 13) at Wad Kwad Nam Man School, Tamban Bor Pak province, Amphur Chattrakarn District, Kingdom of Thailand, Jan. 21.
