U.S. Marines and Sailors play basketball with Peruvian Marines during a theater security cooperation bi-lateral exchange at Peruvian Marine Corps Base Ancon, Peru, Sept. 1, 2014. The TSC event is made up to include multiple bi-lateral exchanges of medical treatment, improvised explosive device detection, mixed martial arts and combat marksmanship. Through close cooperation, the U.S. and its partners are ready to address transnational security challenges through integrated and coordinated approaches.
