U.S. Marines assigned to III Marine Expeditionary Force

U.S. Marines assigned to III Marine Expeditionary Force walk aboard the USS Frank Cable for a tour of the ship and submarine in Subic Bay, Zambales, Republic of the Philippines, Sept. 10, 2012. The Marines assigned to III MEF were able to tour the USS Frank Cable while preparing for the Amphibious Landing Exercise 2013 (PHIBLEX 2013). PHIBLEX 2013 is a bilateral training exercise conducted annually in the Republic of the Philippines to enhance amphibious readiness of both militaries and to strengthen interoperability.
