U.S. Marines with Task Force Southwest (TFSW) prepare

U.S. Marines with Task Force Southwest (TFSW) prepare to depart after a meeting with the Afghan
National Defense and Security Force (ANDSF) at Camp Jadeed, Afghanistan, Feb. 15, 2018. Leaders from
TFSW and the ANDSF conducted a shura with local elders from the Nahr-e- Saraj district to gain a greater
understanding of the area’s security situation. The ANDSF are continually working to increase stability
for the local populace while persistently battling the enemy with the support of TFSW.
