At sea aboard USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) Mar. 15, 2002 -- Illustrator Draftsman 1st Class Chad A. Dulac from Wenatchee, WA, presents his pencil drawing of Vice President Richard B. Cheney, created to honor the Vice President's visit to the deployed aircraft carrier. Vice President Cheney stopped aboard Stennis while meeting with coalition forces in the region. John C.
