MORONI, Comoros (April 24, 2009) Engineering Aide Constructionman Travis C. Porter, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, Detachment Horn of Africa, takes measurements in a rain storm for the Hamramba School Project. NMCB-11 is deployed for the first time since being re-established in 2007 and is working on four schools in the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa area of responsibility.
