ARABIAN SEA (Oct. 12, 2010) Nate Owen, the Fit Boss aboard the aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75), leads Sailors in a Spartan workout session in the hangar bay. Owen develops and implements individualized and group oriented physical fitness programs for the crew. The Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group is deployed supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
