PEARL HARBOR (Nov. 11, 2010) Margaret Sandoval, A Navy Junior ROTC cadet from Radford High School in Seattle, presents a lei to USS Bullhead (SS 215), during a Veteran's Day ceremony at the USS Parche Submarine Memorial Park at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. Bullhead was a Balao-class submarine that was the last U.S. Navy ship sunk by enemy action during World War II.
