U.S. Navy Capt. Patrick Amersbach, commanding officer, Medical Treatment Facility aboard the hospital ship USNS Comfort (T-AH 20), leads a tour of the ship for Dominican government officials off the coast of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Oct. 18, 2019.
