U.S. Navy Chief Hospital Corpsman Josh Ives, medical department leading chief petty officer for Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) Farah, gives a stuffed animal to an Afghan boy during a key-leader engagement at Farah City Hospital, Oct. 30.
