Harvey Jr. administers the oath of enlistment to Navy Recruiting District (NRD) Ohio delayed entry program recruits at the USS COD Museum located along the shores of Lake Erie during Navy Week festivities in Cleveland, Ohio, on Aug. 29, 2006.
