(Nov. 14, 2017) U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officers render a salute to the National Ensign before proceeding with a flag retirement ceremony held at the Naval Station Mayport Chief Petty Officer's Club. The ceremony consists of U.S. flags that have become worn, torn, faded, or badly soiled getting the 13 stripes separated from the field of blue and incinerating them separately in a respectful manner.
