U.S. Navy Cmdr Jeffrey Morganthaler, ground forces commander for Southern Partnership Station 2014 (SPS 14), gives his remarks during the closing ceremony for the Guatemala portion of SPS 14. The Marines attached to Marine Forces Southern Command are accompanied by U.S. Navy Sailors attached to Destroyer Squadron 40, and Guatemalan Brigada de Infanteria de Marinra (BIM), at the BIM base in Puerto Barrios, Guatemala, Aug. 22, 2014.
