U.S. Navy Equipment Operator 1st Class Dennis Hill, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133, participates in water-well drilling exploration in Riohacha, Colombia, Sept. 2, 2018, as part of Southern Partnership Station 2018.
