US Navy Equipment Operator Construction Man Josh Babbitt from the Naval Mobil Construction Battalion 74, Seabee Sea Gulf Port, Mississippi, sizes blocks for the construction of a new school in San Antonio Clinic, Paraguay, during Exercise NEW HORIZONS. Combined Task Force Guarani Springs conducts engineer and medical operations in Paraguay, enabling joint training.
