U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Priscilla Saint-Cyr paints the wall of a theater stage during a community service project at the M'Lop Tapang Orphanage in Sihanoukville, Cambodia, Aug. 6, 2012, as part of Pacific Partnership 2012. The COMSERV project gave PP12 participants a chance to interact with area children while painting.
