U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Andrew Bauman, Kandahar Provincial Reconstruction Team, leaves Camp Nathan Smith on a dismounted patrol to conduct an equipment survey of a Department of Public Works facility Aug. 8, 2012, in Kandahar, Afghanistan.
