U.S. Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Patrick Kurdziel makes a flower arrangement during a community relations event as part of exercise Fuji Viper 20-1 at the National CHUO Youth Friendship Center, Gotemba, Japan, Oct. 27, 2019.
