U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Terry Blake, commander, Carrier Strike Group 11, is greeted by Republic of Korea Navy Adm. Ki-Sik Lee, commander Surface Flotilla Five, following USS Nimitz's arrival at Busan Naval Base Feb. 28. The nuclear-powered aircraft carrier is taking part in Exercise Key Resolve/Foal Eagle 2008, an annual combined/joint exercise involving forces from both the U.S. and the ROK. This exercise provides training to further enhance interoperability and combat readiness, while also demonstrating both countries' commitment to the ROK/US alliance.
