U.S. Navy Sailors approach the simulated crash scene to assess the notional casualties and begin escorting them away during a crash, fire and rescue exercise at Naval Air Station Sigonella, Italy, May 9, 2018. The training simulated a downed aircraft which fire and medical specialists had to respond to.
