US Navy (USN) Command MASTER CHIEF (CMDMC) Luis R. Cruz, Navy Region Hawaii, and USN Force MASTER CHIEF (FORMC) Michael Banko, present flags to David and Tony Czarnecki, the sons of USN CHIEF Machinist's Mate (MMC) Anthony Francis Czarnecki during a burial at sea ceremony aboard the USS ARIZONA Memorial. USN MMC Czarnecki and his brother Stanley were among 36 sets of brothers assigned to ARIZONA during the December 7, 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor. USN MMC Czarnecki's brother was killed in the attack and his last wish was to be returned to USS ARIZONA to be with his brother and shipmates upon his passing
