US Navy (USN) Lithographer Third Class (LI3) Chad Hallford from the Fleet Public Affairs Center, Atlantic, uses a digital video camera to document the (USN) Guided Missile Submarine, USS FLORIDA (SSGN 728), as it exits Naval Station Norfolk, Virginia (VA), during sea trials off the coast of Virginia.
