U.S. Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel speaks to 3rd Infantry Division and 3rd Cavalry Regiment troops assigned to Train, Advise, Assist Command – East at Tactical Base Gamberi Dec. 7, 2014. Hagel talked about the transition to functionally-based security force assistance under NATO’s Resolute Support Mission in January 2015, and took questions from TAAC-E soldiers on a variety of service-related topics.
