U.S. Secretary of Defense The Honorable Donald H. Rumsfeld, addresses an assembly of E-3A Component personnel June 7, 2002, at Geinlenkirchen Air Base, Germany. During his visit the Secretary expressed the Nation's thanks for the effort the Component contributed in providing airspace security over the United States after the attacks of Sept. 11th, 2001.
