U.S. service members with the Special Purpose Marine

U.S. service members with the Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force-Southern Command and the 94th Combat Support Hospital participate in a mass casualty drill at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, July 16, 2015. The mass casualty drill is completed bi-annually to ensure quick response times from service members in case of an emergency. SPMAGTF-SC is a temporary deployment of Marines and Sailors throughout Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Belize with a focus on building and maintaining partnership capacity with each country through shared values, challenges, and responsibility.
