USCG and Russian Anchorage meeting

ANCHORAGE, Alaska - Rear Adm. Christopher Colvin, commander 17th Coast Guard District, Russian Lt. Gen. Raphael Alexeseevich Daerbaev, the chief of the Northeast Border Directorate of the Federal Security Service of Russia, sign letters of understanding towards continued communication and cooperation in combating illegal fishing in the Northern Pacific and the Bering Sea, Apr. 20, 2011.
