BELGAUM, India (Oct. 29, 2006) - Cpl. Matthew Scott, an infantry man with 1st Platoon, Echo Co., Battalion Landing Team 2/4, shows an Indian soldier with Alpha Co., 21st Battalion, The Punjab Regiment, how to properly hold an M16A4 service rifle during immediate action drills at the Lico Training Area here. Marines of Echo Co. are participating in Exercise Shatrujeet 06, which began 25 October 2006 where they are currently training with the Indian Army in basic infantry tactics. The 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable), part of the Boxer Expeditionary Strike Group aboard the USS Boxer (LHD 4), USS Dubuque (LPD 8) and the USS Comstock (LSD 45), is currently deployed in the Western Pacific region.
