Sgt. Maj. Eric Stockton, Marine Barracks Washington sergeant major, presents a folded flag to Jennifer, 8, oldest daughter of Master Sgt. Scott E. Pruitt, a financial resource management analyst, during his funeral at Arlington National Cemetary May 8. Pruitt died from an improvised explosive device attack during combat maneuvers in Afghanistan, April 28. He was the first Marine in his job specialty to die in combat in Corps history.
