San Fernando, Philippines (Jul. 26, 2006) Utilitiesman Constructionman Mateya Huntley receives a concrete bucket as members of the Philippine Navy Seabees, and U.S. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion One (NMCB-1) form a 'bucket brigade' during a concrete placement in San Fernando Philippines. NMCB-1 deployed 23 Seabees to the Philippines, to participate in exercise Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) 2006 and to work and train with the Philippine Seabees.
