NORTHERN ARABIAN GULF - Vice Adm. D. Brian Peterman (left), Commander U.S. Coast Guard Atlantic Area, discusses coalition security and defense operations with the commodore of Combines Task Force 158, Commodore Nick Lambert, during a recent visit to OCEAN 6. OCEAN 6 is the command and control barge located at the Kwhar al Amayi Oil Terminal (KAAOT) in the Northern Arabian Gulf. Vice Adm. Peterman was in the Northern Arabian Gulf region to oversee the change of command for the Coast Guard's Patrol Forces Southwest Asia (PATFORSWA), and while there visited coalition forces in Iraq, Kuwait, and Bahrain, and also traveled to Djibouti, Yemen, and Rotterdam.
