VICTORVILLE, Calif. – 2nd Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment Troopers carried the National and Regimental Colors in Victorville’s 20th Annual Veteran’s Day Parade, Nov. 11, 2016. Veteran’s Day originated as “Armistice Day” in 1919, and celebrates the men and women who have served in this country’s armed forces throughout past and present conflicts, it became a national holiday in 1938.
