(Nov. 29, 2007) Volunteers from Wal-Mart and Sam's Club help decorate the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) Fisher House, as part of the company's "Operation Deck the Walls" program. The Fisher House is "a home away from home" for families of patients receiving medical care at a major military medical center.
