Over the course of two weeks, Pacific Partnership personnel are bringing relief and life-changing treatment to thousands of local residents in the northern Vietnamese city of Vinh. Now in its seventh year, Pacific Partnership is an annual Pacific Fleet humanitarian and civic assistance mission designed to build stronger relationships and disaster response capabilities in the Asia-Pacific region.
