Waterloo, Ill. native, Capt. Phillip Kirk (right), commander of the Pierce City, Mo.-based 276th Engineer Company, attached to the Fort Bragg, N.C.-based 82nd Sustainment Brigade-U.S. Central Command Materiel Recovery Element, and his company first sergeant, Lebanon, Mo.-native, 1st Sgt.
