Thomas Osborne instructs Smokehouse restaurant owner Mike Smithers on Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (WVDHHR) recommended sanitary and personal safety procedures for restaurants during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in Charleston, West Virginia, April 26, 2020. Members of the West Virginia National Guard is providing training opportunities to protect workers and customers for private sector partners including grocery, retail, and other businesses throughout West Virginia in an effort to help slow the spread of the pandemic and mitigate public health threats.
