Cherokee, N.C., March 20, 2013 -- Richard Pulse (middle), a FEMA Public Assistance (PA) specialist reviews areas in Cherokee, NC tribal areas that sustained damage during the January winter storm event He is joined by Denny Ensley (left), The Eastern Band Cherokee Indian (ECBI) Housing and Community Development department and David Vaughan (right) from the NC Emergency Management Department PA Grants Manager. FEMA is working with the EBCI tribe and representatives from the State of North Carolina to provide services to the tribe and its' residents affected by severe storms in January.
