Workers remove the signage and unit combat service identification badge from the Eigth United States Army former headquarters on U.S. Army Garrison Yongsan in Seoul, July 10, 2017. The command, which is responsible for all United States Army Forces in South Korea, is relocating its headquarters to Camp Humphreys as part of a 2004 agreement with the Korean government to consolidate and relocate all U.S. forces to garrisons south of the Han River.
