World War II veteran Frederick Clinton holds a photo of himself of when he was in the Army, at the World War II Memorial, Washington, D.C., Dec. 7, 2018. Clinton, who entered the Army in 1943 at the age of 16, served as an Infantryman in France and Germany with the 254th Infantry Regiment, 63rd Infantry Division.
