Afghan National Army 1st Lt. Asrar Hussain, an officer with 1st Kandak, 1st Brigade, 215th Corps, stands with 1st Lt. Stephen Huff, platoon commander, Weapons Company, 1st Battalion, 1st Marines, Regimental Combat Team 6, during a briefing, Aug. 15, 2012. Huff developed a friendship with Hussain and the other Afghan soldiers while working in Trek Nawa, a known insurgent stronghold between the Marjah and Nawa districts.
