Continuing our visits to Irish places of hospitality, the ubiquitous Irish Pub. Today's offering is from the Poole Collection and as well as the Lacey establishment we have two young people standing posing outside their(?) home nearby. I really like this shot, it has a certain charm and offers a lovely peep into times past!..As well as highlighting the juxtaposition of the highly polished door-knockers with the general deilapidation on this Waterford street, today's contributors confirm that the "B. D. Lacey" signage over almost certainly refers to vintner Bridget De Lacey.
