Production. B-24 bombers and C-87 transports. Ramy Presley sets Cleco fasteners with a pistol-like tool to hold a belly piece of a consolidated transport in place previous to riveting. This new transport, an adaptation of the B-24 bomber, is known as the C-87, and is now coming off the production lines of a Western plant in great numbers. It carries one of the greatest human or cargo loads of any plane now in mass production.
