Arthur Henri Poole - The High and the Mighty

A big change today from the lens of the estimable Mr. Poole! Two water tanks on a hill demonstrating the changes that took place in engineering over a period of years. Commissioned by Mr. J. Delaney, M.D.C.E. of Dublin these were/are stationed in Tramore in Co. Waterford.
