U.S. Air Force SENIOR AIRMAN Brian Binkley, a KC-135 Stratotanker aircraft boom operator with the 168th Air Refueling Wing (ARW), Alaska Air National Guard, completes a check list prior to a refueling mission at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska, on Feb 10, 2005. The 168 ARW is the only Arctic-region refueling unit for all of Pacific Air Forces, and maintains a substantial number of personnel on active duty and civilian technician status in order to meet its daily operational requirements.
