FEMA is assisting the Louisiana Recovery Authority "Collecting the Voices" of Orleans Parash residents reguarding Long Term Recovery.  "Louisiana Recovery Planning Day" at 19 Parashes and 11 Cities is an important part of FEMA's Long Term Community Recovery (LTCR) effort, which is being coordinated though the LRA and LTCR partners.
