US Marine Corps GUNNERY Sergeant Joel S. Dover Jr., directs US Marine Corps Lance Corporal Joseph Depew to where the jet fuel will be stored. Both GYSGT Dover and LCPL Depew are Bulk Fuel men from Marine Wing Support Squadron 271, Cherry Point, North Carolina. They will man a refueling site at Concepcion, Paraguay, to provide fuel for the CH-47 Helicopters traveling back and forth from Asuncion and Concepcion. The helicopters are vital for supplys and personnel transport for the 823rd Red Horse Squadron, Hurlburt Field, Florida, in support of Operation NEW HORIZONS
