[Hurricane Katrina] Port Sulphur, LA, 3-13-06 -- FEMA's Mobile Emergency Medical Unit sits next to the old hospital that now sits in a 45 mile stretch with virtually no habitable houses or buildings and was under twenty feet of water following the storm.  The new clinic brought in by FEMA will be operated by Plaquemines Parish with the assistance of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
