The boarding came after the BHAKTI SAGAR requested assistance, after being released by Somalian pirates. During a ship-to-ship transfer, OAK HILL provided approximately 3,000 gallons of fresh water, 110 pounds each of flour rice, processed meat two cases of Meals Ready-to-Eat (MRE).
