Cherokee, N.C., March 20, 2013 -- A GPS is used by FEMA Public Assistance specialists to record locations of damaged roads and other areas in Cherokee, NC. FEMA is working with the Eastern Band Cherokee Indian tribe and representatives from the State of North Carolina to provide services to the tribe and its' residents affected by severe storms in January.
