STAFF SGT. Delford J. Gainey and a fellow member, both structural journeymen assigned to the 820th Red Horse Squadron, Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, saw lumber as they work on a new school building. The school is being rebuilt to replace the old St. Mary's High School in downtown Georgetown as part of the this first combined humanitarian and civic assistance exercise conducted between the United States and Guyana. Military personnel from Air Force, Air Force Reserve & National Guard, Army, Army National Guard and Marine Corps participated in the exercise which included engineering and medical readiness training
